Red Cross Course Policies: All Red Cross course payments are non refundable. Please make certain you can attend the class in which you enroll as enrollment cannot be changed. If you must transfer to a different day, you must re-enroll and pay the full fee again (dependent on alternate course availability). After taking your class, you will receive a Red Cross certification card. This card proves you passed the class and are certified in the skills. If you misplace this card, replacements are $5 and can take up to 15 days to process.
