Water Safety Course Activity Report

Rental

You may rent manikins, DVDs, AED Trainers, backboards and rescue tubes online from the Tulsa office of the Red Cross to use in your Red Cross safety courses. Please complete the Equipment Rental Form below, at least 5 business days before your class.

CPR PRO:

• Instructor's manual (item number 652161)

CPR/FA/AED:

• The instructional DVD (item number 656690) -- this item available for rent from the Red Cross

FIRST AID only:

• For First Aid you need one gauze pad (4X4), a pair of latex-free gloves, two triangular bandages (38X38X54) and one roller badage (3"X4.4 yds) to practice first aid skills. StayWell sells a First Aid training kit with these items in lots of 100. (search for item number 658309) 

LIFEGUARD:  Your supplies are available at www.shopstaywell.com under the aquatics tab across the top of the page then under lifeguarding.

TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT:

Manikins
You may rent manikins from the Red Cross with the Equipment Rental Form. You may also buy manikins for your classes. Our preferred vendor for manikins is Laerdal. Use this site to help you determine what manikin you should buy. We recommend Little Anne for adult CPR and Baby Anne for infant CPR.

Did you just complete your instructor training?  Complete the two documents below and submit in-person to our AP Instructor Coordinator.
